About Russell and the team

 

Russell Collocott, a qualified Mechanical Engineer, commenced his career in the building trade from grass roots level working in the family business in Cape Town in the early 1990’s.  

 

After arriving in London in 1999, Russell started his own building maintenance company which grew to become Key Building Works Ltd, a company involved in all aspects of design and build in South West London. Key Building Works was rebranded KBW London in 2018.

Russell employs a highly dedicated team – all experts in their field – from brick layers to electricians and plumbers. This is rare in the building trade, as most companies rely on sub-contractors. This unique company structure means that KBW London is renowned for its efficiency, reliability and expert management in delivering projects on time and to budget.
