I chose KBW because of its excellent reputation and I had seen one of its recently completed full renovation jobs in the West End of London, and also because KBW is the choice builder of a well known interior designer based in London SW. My project was the complete renovation of a 20 year old 2 bed flat in TW1, including all body corporate approvals, complete new bathrooms and open plan kitchen, all with underfloor heating; to make best room of space, custom made, bespoke cupboards, living room room full wall display unit, hallway coat stand and cupboards/storage space, and kitchen island were all designed and beautifully installed by KBW. Attention to detail was amazing, and no late or difficult request was turned down; it was considered a challenge to provide a workable, efficient and high end solution to all requests from the client.

Russell was a joy to work with. Very enthusiastic and had some great ideas. Was also very happy to take on board our thoughts too. The work was done to a very high standard. All the men were very tidy and considerate. We will definitely be using them again.

We had a vision to build an ambitious modern family home and Russell and his team truly delivered! Our 11 month build came in on time and on budget, but most importantly the finished product has exceeded our expectations in terms of build quality and finish - even the architect was impressed! Russell's team of builders worked hard throughout the project, and the build was managed with military precision by Russell himself. Key Building Works have just completed my kitchen and utility room. The work was done to a high standard and I highly recommend them. They were the only builders I met who were able to give good advice which stopped me from making some big mistakes. The project was excellently managed by Russell Collocott. Not only did he make some good suggestions at the start, which substantially improved what I had in mind, but as the work progressed, he paid great attention to the details and got them all right. All members of their team were highly skilled, very helpful and finished on schedule. I would not hesitate to give them future work.

5-star service and quality. Russell and his team worked on a complete internal renovation of our 5 bed, 4 reception house. The quality of finish that his team deliver is superb. Delivery was on-budget and on-time. We can't recommend Russell more highly. He and his team also provided great advice, good co-operation and surprising patience. We have recently had Russell and team return to spruce-up the exterior. We didn't consider anyone else to do so.
