An architect-driven new build project in Surbiton.

 

From demolition to final brush stroke and hand-over (including garden landscaping and retaining walls) took 10 months and one week.

Key features include:

• Underfloor heating throughout

• Full kitchen and bathroom design and installation, including cabinetry, all electrics and plumbing

• Design and fit of a bespoke staircase in white oak

 

Exterior features include a natural slate roof and silicone coloured render.
